conditions A contract between you the Holiday maker and the Owners shall be entered into on payment of the deposit and/or full payment . The signed Booking Form confirms the contract and the subsequent receipt of confirmation of booking. Telephone reservations will be held for up to five days pending the receipt of the Booking Form and the Deposit. The full balance of the total amount is payable not later than four weeks before arrival. We reserve the right to re-let the accommodation if the balance is not paid by the due date. The owners may on occasion redeem it necessary to upgrade your accommodation; no extra cost to the Holiday maker will be incurred. In the event of the booking being cancelled, the Owners will endeavour to re-let the period(s) concerned. Your deposit is not returnable, if due to lateness of the cancellation, the reservation is not re-let you, the Holiday maker will be responsible for the whole fee. In the event of cancellation , which the Owners could not foresee or avoid, the Owner cannot accept responsibility or pay any compensation. To avoid cancellation losses, it is advised that Holiday makers take out holiday cancellation insurance. The Holiday maker shall: Keep the property in the same state and condition as at the beginning of the holiday, and shall leave the Property in the same state and cleanliness and general order in which it was found. The Holiday maker shall be responsible for all members of their party. The Holiday maker must pay for any breakage's or damage to furniture, fixtures, fittings, inventory or Property. The property shall be used only by the persons listed overleaf, unless the Owner has given permission for alteration, any breach of this condition shall entitle the Owners to terminate the booking with no refund. If in the opinion of the Owners, any Holiday maker is guilty of unreasonable conduct, which causes a nuisance to the other Holiday makers, the Owners may re-take possession of the accommodation immediately without compensation to the Holiday makers. The Owner shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by the Holiday maker, or their party. The Owner shall not be held liable for any loss or damage to personal possessions (including fishing tackle), motorcars or contents. Sorry no pets allowed.
